Essay

Thesis is devoted to questions of theoretical basis as well as practical implementation of biotechnological approaches to designing of new veterinary preparates based on products of beekeeping and plants. General patterns of biosynthesis as well as functioning of biologically active antioxidant fractions (including carotinoids, tocopherols from plants as well as phenol compounds extracted from propolis) during the processes of adaptation to negative living conditions were established using different objects (including plants where they are synthesized, animals for whom they are indispensable factors of nutrition as well as models in vitro). A synergism of there action was also established. On the basis of these investigations there was created an own biotechnological approach to designing of apiphytopreparates. It is based on using of standardized apiphytofractions as well as on two-level principle of preparates creation. Main active ingredients include biologically active fractions of antioxidants being investigated in there synergetic interaction due to an appropriate ratio among them. Ingredients of special purposes are added to these compounds (in a form of extracts from apiphytosources). They have a therapeutically effect in treatment of various no contagious diseases of animals. As a result of this biotechnological approach some new original technologies of standardized apiphytosubstances were proposed. They are differ from existing ones by capability of removing from raw materials of toxic substances and components as well as receiving ecologically safe preparates, shortening of technological process both by stages and time, high output levels of end-products as well as universal approach to different raw materials. New biotechnological processes were developed as well as formulas of four apiphytopreparate for veterinary medicine. In conditions of scientific and practical experiment biological activity of these preparates (including membrane stabilizing activity, antioxidant as well as metabolism correction activity) and high therapeutically effect in treatment of appropriate diseases in animals were confirmed.
