Essay

The dissertation is devoted to an actual problem of modern dermatovenerology - to increase of efficiency of treatment, diagnostic and preventive actions in Reiter’s disease on the basis of complex studying of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical and epidemiological features of disease. There were investigated modern clinical and epidemiological features of Reiter’s disease in relation of sex of patients, forms of streaming of disease and etiology of infections. The hematogenous way of dissemination of Chlamydia trachomatis from inflammatory urogenital center in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in Reiter’s disease was proved: in 38,1 % of patients was revealed DNA of Chlamydia trachomatis in mononuclear cells. Features of production of cytokines in mononuclear cells and synovial fluids in patients with different forms of Reiter’s disease were investigated. The morphological elements of Chlamydia trachomatis infection were revealed at different stages of life cycle at chronic forms of Reiter’s disease by using electron microscopy of synovial tissues. A new method of complex treatment of Reiter’s disease was developed and etiopathogenically proved. The method based on differentiated application of different antibacterial circuits of treatment at different clinical and etiological forms of disease and using of inductor of endogenous interferon and inhibitor of the tumor necrosis factor.
