Essay

In the thesis under consideration they have presented pathogenic grounding and solution of an urgent scientific task directed to the rise of efficacy of rehabilitative treatment of cholelithic patients after extracorporal shock-waved lithotripsy (ESWL) or cholecystectomy by the means of physical factors. On the ground of the results of complex clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination of 566 cholelithic patients, determination of the features of an early rehabilitative period clinical course after lithotripsy and in a remote period after cholecystectomy they have proved efficacy of the new curative complexes created on the basis of differentiated approaches with the use of laser-, EHF - therapy, mineral waters ("Poliana Kvasova" and "Morshinskaya"), soybean izophlavones preparation ECSO with an antioxidant action, mineral concentrate "Namatsit", motilium. It is shown, that the basic part in pathogenesis relapses of stone formation the most expressed significant infringements are: functional frustration kinetic both secretion activity biliar and gastroduodenal zones, the inflammatory phenomena of the digestive path, essential infringements of a metabolic homeostasis of acid-alkaline condition and prooxidant-antioxidant systems that has underlain development of the offered algorithm differential regenerative treatment of cholelithic disease patients after ESWL or cholecystectomy.
