Leonova A. Current state ethnocultural policy in Ukraine: mechanisms of formation and realization

The thesis offers the solution of topical scientific problem of substantiation of ethnocultural factor role in the current development of Ukrainian society, in the development of theoretical model of comprehensive mechanism of formation and realization of state ethnocultural policy and defining the ways of its optimization. The paper provides ground for the key parameters of the state policy in the ethnocultural development area. The offered model of comprehensive mechanism of the formation and realization of the state ethnical policy envisages the choice of fundamentally new approaches to the regulation of ethnocultural processes based on the generalized local and foreign experience, as well as the mastering of the modern technologies of the government and public assistance for the ethnological development of society.
