Essay

The main laws of metamorphism as a natural process which forms the chemical and energy potential of fuel have been formulated and quantitatively described as well as kinetic models of soil fuel carbonization which provide a scientifically grounded choice of coals for blends to obtain chemical by-products of a preset composition. It is shown that in the course of the primary pyrolysis only those processes are realized which had no time to do so partially or completely natural conditions and the main period of breaking down intermolecular non-valency bonds is practically completed at the H/O = 16 in a "molecular" fragment of coal that corresponds to its "molecular" mass of 280 atomic mass units and the temperature range 675-723 K. It is found that liquid products of plastics pyrolysis have an influence on the macrostructure of coal organic substance and the yield and composition of primary carbonization by-products. Thus, despite the secondary pyrolysis of varour-gas products the yield of coal tar is increased by 0,84-1,14 %, crude benzole by 0,2-0,3 %, return coke oven gas by 1,2-1,4 % when coking coal blends with 2-3 % w/w of waste plastics in industrial coke ovens. It is important that an environmental problem of utilizing domestic and industrial plastics waste is simultaneously solved.
