The theoretical basing and the new solution of treatment of the problem chronic prostatitis by the alternative therapy on the basis of studying of hemodynemic, cytohistochemical and immunological researches are presented in the dissertation. The new methods of treatment by the alternative therapy are formulated, its essential advantage over traditional treatment was showed. Eleborated hemodynamic classification of chronic prostatitis allow to explain its pathogenesis from the new position. Possibility and expediency of treatment passing on pharmacological and homeopathic levels.
