The thesis contains the comparative clinical and functional characteristics of the patients with ischemic heart disease and mainly symptomatic myocardial ischemia events, patients with asymptomatic (silent) form of ischemic heart disease and patients with ischemic heart disease and mainly asymptomatic myocardial ischemia events. There were established the differences between the groups in tolerance to physical load, intracardial hemodynamics, the extent of coronary artery damage, disturbances of regional and segmental contractile function of left ventricular myocardium. The comparative appreciation of 10 years cumulative survival of patients with silent and symptomatic ischemic heart disease was conducted. There were not significant differences in survival indexes in patients with silent and symptomatic ischemic heart disease.
