The dissertation is dedicated to the problems of diagnostics and of surgical and conservative treatment of a different forms of pulmonary embolism and inferior vena cava thrombosis. Algorhythm of diagnostic and of medical and surgical treatment of pulmonary embolism was elaborated.Thromboembolectomy of the pulmonary artery in artificial circulation is the effective method of acute pulmonary embolism treatment, especially in unsatis-factory result of thrombolysis or it's impossibility.
