Varchenko O. The economic mechanism of forming and functioning of sugar market in Ukraine

The object of research - economic relations between the sugar market entites, the system of market and state economic regulation of sugar beet production, the factors, processes and fenoma which form and determine its development. The aim of research - the theoretic and methodological substantiation of the economic regulation concept in the sphere of sugar beet production under the market economy conditions and the development of the scientifically substantiated mechanism of its realisation. The metods applied - the monographic method, the method of statistic grouping, the method of correlation-regressive analysis, the graphic method, the selective method, the method of questionnaires, the comparative method, the abstract-logic method, the constructive settlement method and the balance method. The theoretical and practical results - the theoretical principles in terms of improving the economic mechanism of the sugar market forming and functioning has been developed. The scientific novelty it is the first complex mining of the theoretical and methodological bases, economical methods and instruments provide of revivaling and steady development of branch in market conditions. The degree of application: the practical value of the theoretical, methodological and applied working outs of the research done is proved by their practical application in the work of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, the National Association of sugar producers "Ukrsugar", the Central Board of Kyiv regional state administration on agriculture and food industry, sugar beet subcomplex enterprises of Bila Tserkva district, Kyiv region. The effectiveness of application: practical application of the results of the research is an important prerequisite of ensuring effective and competitive development of sugar beet subcomplex of this country.
