Object of the study is economic mechanism of management business activity industrial enterprise in condition market transformation. Objective of study is determination of the directions of the optimum development enterprise on base of the methods controlling and internal audit. Methods of research are complex-target approach, system, statistical, logical and economic analysis, economic and mathematical modelling.
