3 The author leads (carries out) the complex comparative analysis of treatment of 1491 patients with sharp gastro-intestinal bleedings ulcer ethyology. According to the analysis of results of treatment the medical-diagnostic and medical-tactical algorhythm is developed. For endoscopist the report of research is developed. Introduction of developed surgical tactics and complex surgical treatment with the subsequent stage-by-stage medical rehabilitation have allowed to reduce essentially frequency of postoperative complications and consequently to lower postoperative mortality to 1,8%, to improve medical, labor, social rehabilitation and accordingly quality of patients' life.
