Processes of population selective inspections. Developing of theoretic-methodological principles and basis indexes for evaluation reliability guaranteeing by results of selective inspections of population, suitable methodical guaranteeing and recommendations, directed on improvement of indexes evaluation system by results of state selective inspections in Ukraine. Methods: system and comparative analysis, systematization and researches experience synthesis, quality of statistic information, statistic and mathematical methods. Theoretical basis for application of contemporary statistic methodology of indexes evaluation reliability rising were developed. It was offered: descriptions system reflecting the influence effects of separate inspection stages and arrangements for upgrading quality of its data on indexes evaluation reliability level; conception of guaranteeing the results reliability of population selective inspections; methodological guaranteeing and realization mechanisms of suitable arrangements for reliability level rising of population selective inspections data by correcting of statistical weight system. The system of statistic weight quality descriptions were offered. Inculcated in the system of state selective inspections of Ukraine's population and during making inspections by non-state organizations.
