Essay

The dissertation is devoted to problem of the extension of functional capabilities and improvement of means of an audiometry and acoustic impedancemetry with the purpose of early diagnostic of hearingloss. The theory is evolved, the methods and principles of construction of audiometers and middle ear analyzers are summarized, the frames of means with the enlarged functional capabilities are synthesized and investigated. The kind of a method of a tone threshold audiometry is designed, which one allows for psychomotor features of the patients and permits to increase carrying capacity of examinations. On the basis of the synthesized SimuLink-models of the codecontrolled pneumatic system and impedancemetric channel the simulation of dynamic of their work in unfavorable conditions is conducted. The complex of improved means of diagnostic (screening-audiometer of group examination, diagnostic HF audiometer, middle ear analyzer of type 2, portable tympanometer) is developed, the metrology maintenance of meansof a HF audiometry and acoustic impedancemetry is designed and approved.
