The concept of computer-oriented method system of Mathematics Disciplines education concerning the cycle of professional and practical training for the University students of Mathematical Specialities was worked out and substantiated. The system of forming information culture and information-computer training of future mathematicians was offered. Module-rating training system model for higher school was built. The education-science information environment concept for training disciplines was worked out and realized on the base of information portal of higher school. The structure and content of the definite computer-oriented method systems for Mathematics Disciplines training, specifically course "Mathematical methods of optimization".
