The system "organization-building design" as an open dynamic functional system which is developing. The creation of theoretical apparatus of research of management influence on the level of reliability of "organization-building design" system operating. The principal methods of investigation: theories of organizational- technological reliability, probability theories, technical systems reliability; theories of information; design management; financial management. The principal items of the theory of entropy processes at organizational systems are developed, on the base of which the information streams in organizational structures of management are investigated; the methodical approaches of forecasting of the dynamic of parametrical processes mismatch are perfected; models and methods of evaluation of managing realizability of building design are suggested. It enables to ensure the given level of reliability of reaching the effectiveness of the final coefficient on realization of building design.
