Essay

The thesis is devoted to objectification of evidence and choice method of surgical treatment method of inflammatory bowel disease. The evidence of surgical treatment of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease and volume of radical and reconstructive operations are ground on morphological condition of colon mucosa. The algorithm allowed to impove quality of life and reduce of the recurrence of inflammatory bowel disease. The package of measures of prevention colorectal cancer in cases of inflammatory bowel disease was cultivated.
