3 The dissertation is devoted to problems of increase of efficiency existing and development of new techniques of diagnostics and treatment of injured patients with severe common trauma on the basis of studying organizational, medical-diagnostic reasons of occurrence of early complications, a lethalit consequence in the early period of traumatic disease and development of the unified technologies of rendering of the urgent standardized medical-diagnostic care, depending on a severity state that of domination of a trauma of the certain anatomic regions. On the basis of dynamic research that of the retrospective analysis of medical cards of 1808 inpatients with SCT it is investigated and scientifically proved principles of organizational and medical tactics of rendering of the unified urgent care on pre-hospital and early hospital stages to injured patients with severe common trauma.
