This dissertation is devoted to the problem of antenatal fetus preservation in pregnant women in the risk groups involving delivering children with inborn anomalies in their development. There have specified the main scien-tific aspects of inborn anomalies of fetus development influence on the frequency and structure of regional pre-natal loses nowadays. It has been improved and opti-mized the main directions of prenatal diagnostics (non-invasive and invasive), as well as there were created the prospects of prenatal correction of disorders in the fetus development with the purpose of prenatal illness rate and mortality reduction, prevention of the child birth with incurable defects in their development on basis of the ex-ploration the fetus health condition on the different stages of gestation. The dissertation seeks to demonstrate the possibility of application of invasive diagnostic on 3. It has been improved and optimized the main directions of prenatal diagnostics (non-invasive and invasive), as well as there were created the prospects of prenatal correction of disorders in the fetus development with the purpose of prenatal illness rate and mortality reduction, prevention of the child birth with incurable defects in their development on basis of the exploration the fetus health condition on the different stages of gestation. The dissertation seeks to demonstrate the possibility of application of invasive diagnostic on women with uterine scarring due to preexisting caesarian section, with a reduction in the likelihood of disease of the organs of the abdominal cavity post-procedure. The medical instrument has been designed for the use in fetal therapy andsurgery procedures conducted on a fetus that will allow to further develop the fetus medicine science. It has been studied the after-effects of the use of invasive intraamnial procedures on pregnancies, deliveries, on mothers and their delivered infants. The complex program of treatment, which includes screening and diagnostics methods, preventative measures in the various stages of obstetrics and gynecological aid, was developed and implemented. It resulted in decrease of prenatal mortality by 1.51%.
