Lysenko V. Particular features of patogenesis and intensive care of the toxicohypoxic and metabolic complicasions in the critical states during neurotropic poisoning

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of improvement of results of treatment of patients with neurotropic poisoning by the ground and introduction of a new programs pharmacometabolic correction of energy-oxygenous status ( EOS) on basis investigation of oxygenous regime, cerebral blood flow,activity mitochondrial dehydrogenase, peroxidation proceses, metabolis, cellular disorders in clinical and in experiment. Tne analysis of clinical ( 185 patient) and experimental (132 rates) researchs allowed described leading role cellular disorders of energesubstrate, oxygen in pathogenesis EOS and inculcate 4 version of pharmacometabolic correction elaborted accoding to shock stage, kind of poisoning and category of energy-oxygenous status disorders. Use this prodrams decreased duration of comatos state, quantity of pulmonic complicasions and except mortality, with compensate shock. Mortality was lower 22,9% with decompensate shock.
