The matter of the study: the process of synthetical yarns, fibers and films (SYFF) production in the natural and man-caused complex "hydrocarbon raw material - SYFF and waste - environment". Objective: To develop conceptual and methodical framework for improving of environmental safety of SYFF production. Methods of studing and apparatus: The influence of production waste on bacteria was studied by means of soil microorganizms statement of amount and cultivation of nitrogen-fixing bacteria. The local heat-transfer coefficient was calculated with Microsoft Exel by Newthon-Cotes's method. Theoretical and practical results: There was offered a new solution for scientific and technical problem of improving environmental safety of SYFF production. Author's conception of ecologically negative synergistic effect (ENSE) was developed. On the basis of this conception there was developed methodical framework for waste reduction and improvement of environmental safety. This framework was embodied into new technologies, structures, methods, recommendations. Innovation of obtained results lies in offering of new ENSE conception, for the first time there was discovered destruction of nitrogen-fixing bacteria by production waste, that causes degradation of soils. There were studied the properties and mechanisms of chrome surface, that provides reduction of toxic waste. Application extent: dissertation developments are introduced into SYFF production in Ukraine, countries of CIS. Field of application: technical sciences, speciality 21.06.01 - environmental safety.
