Essay

The thesis is devoted to the formation of the controlling methodology according to which the controlling is viewed as the integrated system of service support of management in three-vector dimension simultaneously: strategic and operation portfolio (portfolio approach); interrelated components of management (composition approach); planning processes, analysis and control (process approach). It clarifies the content of integrated management of a bank's portfolios in the context of the decision of controlling problems. It is proved the concept of bank controlling. Theoretical aspects of risk-controlling are developed where the aim, object, functions and principles of it are defined. The theoretical basis of the balanced scorecard was extended. It was worked out conceptual basis of planned balance management at the expense of identification the factors of the influence on its structure, optimization stages. Scientific methods of budget management in the bank considering the process and the system are developed as well as purposes, functions, tasks, principles, the classification of budget management models are given. Theoretical-practical methods of information provision of bank management as a controlling function are given. It is developed the theoretical approach to the development of organizational structure of the bank controlling service and proposed the system of criterion for the evaluation of its activity effectiveness.
