Grytsiak I. Development of European administration in the context of its impact on public administration in Ukraine

The object is the process of the European integration. The objective is the theoretical and methodological analyses of the essence and pecuniary of the European administration as of the landmark for the improvement of the native public administration system. The methods are systematic analyses, historical, logical, comparative analyses, structural and functional analyses, contents analyses, systematization. The newness is that the legal and institutional dependence of the European administration and evolution on the new paradigm has been scientifically proved; multictructural character of the European administration has been scientifically investigated; the structural and functional essence of the over national level and methods of the national administration level have been highlighted. The results are that the need of the European experience introduction into the native public administration practice has been scientifically augmented; the approaches to the organization and functioning of the Europeanadministration by means of its constituents analyses have been scientifically improved.
