Object of the study is process to adapting the industrial enterprise to uncertainty business-ambiences and forming systems organizing-economic provision to adaptation. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions on improvement of the mechanism organizing-economic provision to adaptation industrial enterprise and development recommendation on increasing of efficiency to their vital activity in condition uncertainty business-ambiences. Methods of research are theoretical generalizations and comparisons, financial and situational analysis, analysis hierarchy, parametric polygonal figure, expert, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: methodical recommendations on growing of efficiency of management enterprise on base of the shaping the mechanism organizing-economic provision to their adaptation before to uncertainty business-ambiences.
