Kaninskiy P. Development of agricultural Lysostep Ukraine's enterprises' specialization in condition of the agrarian transformations

Object of research: process of agricultural Lysostep Ukraine's enterprises' specialization of various patterns of ownership and managing. The purpose of research: development of scientific bases and practical rules of specialization of production in the agricultural enterprises and substantiation of directions of its development and features of functioning during agrarian transformations. Methods: the dialectic, abstract-logic, economic-mathematical analysis and synthesis, system approach, comparisons, analytical, statistical groupings and comparisons, accounting-constructive. Theoretical and practical results: The directions of specialization of the agricultural enterprises in the period after reforms and forecast of development of economy specialized on dairy production with complexes of an industrial type are determined. The offers on organization of farms of a cattle-breeding direction, parameters of their development, directions of specialization, cooperation and integration, in industrial and serving spheres are proved. The estimation of experience of the complex decision of a problem of a deepening of specialization of production is made on the basis of intereconomic cooperation. Scientific novelty: the theoretical bases of specialization of agrarian production, its essence, evolution and stages of development, principles and forms of functioning, parameters of definition and feature of display in conditions of market economy are investigated; the forecast of development of specialization of the agricultural enterprises on close and remote prospects is developed. Degree of introduction: the results of research are taken into account by the Supreme Rada of Ukraine, Cabinet of the Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine at formation of the legislative documents, are used in educational process of higher educational establishments. Efficiency: will promote revival of specialization and cooperation in agrarian sphere, increase of volumes of production of agricultural production, growth of investments' receipts to goods' productions. Sphere, area of use: commanding and legislative structures, agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
