Object of the research: morbidity, prevalence hepatitis B and C, epidemic process, system epidemiology surveillance, the strategy of prophylaxis, results seroepidemiology researches, factors of transmission nosocomial hepatitis B and C. The purpose of the research: Appropriateness development of epidemic process hepatitis B and C, appropriate real a level of their distribution in patient care institutions of a different structure is determine, to improve a system of epidemiology surveillance and preventive maintenance nosocomial hepatitis B and C . Methods of the research: epidemiological, serological, statistical, method of biographical interrogation. For the first time in Ukraine the complex study of epidemiological features distribution of nosocomial hepatitis B and C is established. High infection by virus's hepatitis B and C from the patient care institutions is established. The dependence of parameters of frequency infection by viruses hepatitis B and C from a structure of medical establishmentsis revealed. The comparative evaluation epidemiological of a significance of the different factors and paths of transfer of activators is given which the revealed groups of increased risk of infection of the patients and professional infection of the medical workers assist nosocomial to distribution hepatitis B and C;. The shown role of the patients on subclinical forms acute and chronic hepatitis B and C at shaping the epidemic process, latent a component. The developed information subsystem epidemiological of supervision for nosocomial hepatitis B and C it a structure. Thestrategy of prophylaxis nosocomial hepatitis B and C scientifically is justified. Sphere of application: Medecine, epidemiology.
