Afanas'ev S. Examination estimation of complications after operative treatment of digestion organs at the stages of medical rehabilitation

Object of research: rehabilitation of patients and invalids with complications of operative interventions. The purpose of research: to develop conceptual model of medical rehabilitation of patients and invalids owing to postoperative complications. Methods of research: clinical, biochemical, immunological, functional, radio-nuclear, x-ray examination, tool, endoscopical researches, ultrasonic diagnostics. Scientific novelty of research: the advanced rehabilitation technology is developed for the given category of patients - conceptual model of medical rehabilitation. Practical value of the received results: the developed advanced algorithm of clinical end expert and medical rehabilitation diagnostics with use of the offered ways and devices allows adequately to develop individual program of medical rehabilitation of patients and disability persons with the specified pathology. Degree of introduction: results of researches are used in work of the UkrGosNIIMSPI and faculti of MSE, the CNIL DDMA, of surgical branches UkrGosNIIMSPI, city clinical versatile hospital №4 of Dnepropetrovsk, hospital of first aid of Dneprodzerzhinsk and Chernovtsy, the Zaporozhye regional clinical hospital, branch radio-nuclear diagnostics and therapies of the Dnepropetrovsk.
