The systematic research on the systematic base, as a specific direction of repair-constructional work, creation of the conception of transport complex renewal objects, systems of organization and preparation of realization and reconstruction in set time are being considered in this article. The principal methods of the research are the theoretical bases of the system theory and the system analyses of the general theory of functional system and the imitational modeling and main systematic principals. The main conception directions of problem statement in the mains operated structure are developed. The organization of object renovation is improved from the stand point of general theory. The innovational strategy of object renovation optimization are suggested .The capital renovation production models based on the stream algorithm of the defect exception are developed.
