The theoretical and practical problems of regulating bank transactions made upon rendering financial services are thoroughly studied in the given theses. The dissertation contains complex scientific analysis of debatable issues of the matter of bank transactions and their legal nature. The author has substantiated the existing civic structures and has worked out the new ones as well as the legal categories connected with them, which are used in banking legal relationship. Privat legal teory of bank transactions within the system of law of obligation of civil legal science formed in the process of rescarch. The author offered the definition of such notions as bank transaction, bank as a party to a bank transaction, money and securities as objects of bank transaction, bank interests. The author has determined the place occupied by bank transactions within the system of civil transactions and has given the classification of bank transactions. The author analyses the sybject and grounds of the origin of pecuniary (monetary) obligations in bank legal relationhip.
