The investigation object: humoral protective-adaptive system (antioxidative, haemostasis and fibrinolysis) under norm and pathology. The investigation goal: to prove some organs and tissues (brain, myocardium, stomach mucosa, blood vessels, sceletal muscles) efferent role in protective-adaptive humoral system regulation at experemental pathology in animals, several diseases in people, animals and people under physiological conditions. Methods of research: physiological, biochemical, statistic. The theoretical and practical importance of the received results: data in pathological and normal physiologi about reactivity mechanism and blood protective-adaptive systems regulation under norm and pathology as well as different organs and tissues participation in this were added. The data received can be used at various pathological processes experimental modeling tahing into auount both peroxidative lipid oxidation (PLO), antioxidative system (AOS), haemostasis and fibrinolysis reaction course in blood and separate organs (tissues) and experimental animals type. The data received can be also applied in clinical practice for PLO, AOS, haemostasis and fibrinolysis activity assessment dependetly on pathologycal process localization. Statements about sceletal muscles efferent role in blood protective systems regulation can choosing and trainings type assessment, adaptative period, overtraining, fatigueability coming taking into account as well as prophylaxy and reabilitation possible complications caused by motor regimen in patients with brain, heart, stomach, vascular vessels diseases. The scientific novelty of the investigation results: brain, stomach, sceletal muscles efferent role in blood corresponding features regulation at different pathological processes in animals, several diseases in people, in animals and people under physiological conditions has been established first. It has been proved that different organs and tissues influence in blood protective-adaptive systems is not equal. It has been also mentioned that antioxidative, haemostatic and fibrinolytic features redistribution in different organs and tissues determines changings in corresponding humoral systems at experimental pathological processes in animals and also such redistribution is important in human ishemic stroh, myocardial infarction and stomach ulcer disease pathogenesis. The degree of implementation: the results of the research are implemented in the educational process at pathophysiology and physiology chairs in Kharkov State Medical University and Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy; Bukovin, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Lvov, Crimea, National and Ternopol State Medical Universities physiology Chairs; biochemistry, internal diseases, facultative, hospital and polyclinic therapy Chairs as well as Sportive Medicine cours in Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy.
