Essay

The dissertation contains study of the cholinergic processes peculia-rities in the heart of different sex animals while using adrenalin cardio-toxical dosage. It has been proved that greater resistance of the fe-male’s heart to adrenalin is due to cholinergic mechanisms dominance in an adaptation changes complex. This legitimacy determines greater dependence of catecholamines aftereffect upon cholinoreceptors initial action, being changed by the cholinoreceptor remedies. Gonadectomy reduces considerably myocardial resistance to adrenalin toxic influen-ce only in females. Such dependence is conditioned by the lowering of cholinergic processes efficiency when the heart is adapting to damage and is proved by much more considerable, that in males, reducing of the cholinoreceptor medicines. It has been found out that the male bo-dy makes use of cholinergic cardioprotective mechanisms only at ?-adrenoblockers using. Gonadectomy reduces ?-adrenoblockers cardio-protective effect mainly in females, it loweringcholinergic processes role in a complex of adaptation changes. It proves a considerable in-fluence of estrogens on forming cholinergic component of the heart adaptation as well as determines greater resistance of the female myo-cardium to adrenalin toxic influence.
