The object of research is the process of the government control of collective labour conflicts. The purpose of research is the development of theoretical bases, practical recommendations on creation of mechanisms of the government control of collective labour conflicts at national and regional levels. The methods of research are the system and structural analysis; the statistical and economic analyses, the analysis and synthesis; the sociological method, the comparative analysis. The practical value of the received results is, that principles and the conclusions of thesis can be the basic for methodical recommendations and may be used by the state and regional authorities.
