Essay

Signals, fields and images registered by radio-systems. Development of a theory and methodology of synthesis of nonparametric procedures for secondary data processing in radio-systems on the basis of non-classical methods of statistics. The methods of research are non-classical statistical methods, methods of nonlinear filtration, statistical simulation. A new theory of nonparametric synthesis of robust procedures for secondary processing of measurements is developed on the basis of bootstrap-methods of statistics. New methods for synthesis of robust procedures for estimation, filtration and hypotheses testing in radio-systems are developed, investigated and tested. The results are implemented as algorithms and recommendations. The application area is radio- and other measurement systems.
