This dissertation work is dedicated to decision of the actual problem of the modern gynaecological science- premenstrual disturbances frequency reducing in childbearing aged women.Functional condition of central and vegetal nervous system at different PMD forms were analysed.Neuroendocryne and immune homeostasis, microbiocenosys of the vagina in PMD patients were deeply studied.Differential diagnosis cryterias were scientifically found.The algorythm and mathematical model of individual prognosis of PMD forms were developed.
