The thesis is dedicated to development of new methods of the metal forming boundary value problems, which one allow to determine kinematics and stress-strained state of metal in any given boundary point of plastic deformation zone at reduction or exception of iterations, including, in real-time deformation mode. The experimentally computational method of definition of the stress state components in arbitrary boundary points of the plastic deformation zone without flow characteristics input data on velocity vector components has been designed. The method of boundary value metal forming problems solution, which one allows to determine velocity and stress vector components in arbitrary boundary dots of the plastic deformation zone under condition of the boundary conditions correct definition has been designed. Improved technology of fabrication of a small and very small diameter railway wheels also forming technology of aero-engines details has been justified and designed.
