Chepurko G. The dynamics of employment of population of Ukraine in the time of market economy.

The methodological approach of the research the modern tendencies and principles of the functioning of the sphere of employment taking into the consideration the perspective of development the economic system of Ukraine is developed and formulated in the dissertation. The specifity, the tendencies and principles of segmentation the labour market are identified. The methodology of the research the factors of dependence between the employment and population in modern Ukraine is developed. The modern peculiarities of the structure and scale of unemployment are revealed. The term of informal sector of employment that corresponds to the peculiarities of Ukrainian economy is determined. The advantages of active state policy of employment over the passive one is grounded. The role of state within the mechanism of employment within transition to market economy and within the system of industrial relations is revealed.
