Essay

The thesis is dedicated to study of the role of hormonal (excess of exogenous thyroxin), humoral (epidermal growth factor,chalones) and nervous (sympathectomy) factors in disturbances of epithelial tissues proliferation (tongue, liver and small intestine) in non-mature rats. For the first time the monofactorial and combined influence of chalones, excess of exogenous thyroxin, chemical sympathectomy on duration of mitotic cycle in hepatocytes, epithelial cells of tongue and small intestine is shown. For the first time the age dynamics laws of integration between nervous and endocrine systems in maintenance of management with a division type of hepatocytes, tongue and small intestine epithelial cells are considered. The obtained data are used in educational process of 4 medical high schools of Ukraine.
