3. Subject of research: dogs of different breeds, spontaneous invasion by Babesia canis, without breed puppies and adult dogs experimentally infected by babesia.Methods of research: epizootological, clinical, hematological, pathology-anatomical, pathology-histological, biochemical, immunological, and statistical.Result: epizootological situation of babesiosis of dogs in Ukraine were researched. Peculiarities of disease pathogenesis were studied. Pathology-anatomical and pathology-histological changes of organs were discovered. The scheme of complex treatment was introduced. The method of dogs' babesiosis prevention by using of hyperimmune blood serum was proposed.Field of application: veterinary medicine.
