Essay

The thesis deals with a most relevant problem of modern neuropaediatrics - maintenance of the health and reduction of the incidence of primary disablement of children through the creation of a coherent system of improvement of the efficacy of early diagnosis.Treatment and prophylaxis of a pre- and perinatal lesions in the CNS.The obtained results suggest that the development of organic lesions in the CNS of infants may be prevented by a complex of preventive and treatment measures including: target screening of pregnant women at a high risk of delivery of an infant with pre- and perinatal lesions of the CNS in compliance witch the developed diagnostic algorithm, extensive dynamic follow-up of the woman of such risk group accompanied with correcting therapy of pregnant women aimed at a removal of hypoxic and ischaemic impairments in the CNS of a foetus, and combined rehabilitation therapy in newborns and infants.
