Rozhkov I. Structural and functional changes in the system of adenohypophysis - peripherical endocrine gland in conditions of long actions of nitrates and their correction

In the dissertation the theoretical generalization of laws of structural and functional changes in systems adenohypophysis-adrenal gland and adenohypophysis-thyroid gland in conditions of nitrates action of various duration is given. The dependence of structural and functional reorganizations in adenocytus of anterior pituitary upon duration of nitrates action is revealed. It is that the nitrates action in drinking water causes changes in structure and function of thyroid gland, the nature of which depends both on the duration of nitrates receipt and on the age of animals. The data on structural and functional changes of adrenal gland of rats of various age in conditions nitrates action are received. The way of correction of nitrates action on structural and function of anterior pituitary, thyroid gland by physical loading is offered. The role of physical loading is established, as the factor , which reduced cytotoxical action nitrates and prevents structural and functional changes in anterior pituitary, thyroid gland and adrenal gland.
