The thesis is dedicated to problem etiology and pathogenesis developments, particularity of the diagnostic criterion and rational choice pathological motivated complex general and local treatment of the inflammatory diseases the external sexual organs and vagina beside girls at different age periods of the life. It is revealed that vulvovaginites beside girl this is polyetiologycal inflammatory external sexual organs and vagina. It appears on changed background, where is seen "perinatal" trace on base of the anatomical particularities of the baby organism and at action of the pathological breaches of local and the general cellular immunity, cytokines and humoral profile of the organism, breaches of the process apoptosis in vagina at time not yet formed immunological and hormonal of the relations of the unripe baby organism. All these component parts pathogenesis developments of the vulvovaginites bring about need of the careful diagnostics of the disease on all stage of its development. In this connection, fixed local and general treatment must take into account age of girls, etiology and level to difficulties of the pathological changes on all stages of the inflammatory process.
