Kryachok I. Approaches for optimization of diagnostics and treatment of patients with low grade chronis lymphoproliferative diseases.

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostic, set up of complex of prognostic factors, stratification to risk-group of patients with low grade chronis lymphoproliferative diseases (CLPD) with theoretically generalization and new resolution of scientific problem for the optimisation of treatment patient with low grade chronis lymphoproliferative diseases. Priority date concerning patogenesis, role of genetic component (some allels of main complex of histocompability), role of immunophenotipical and molecular-genetic characteristics of malignant cells ( expression of antigen CD38, somatic mutation in heavy chain of immunoglobulins, expression oncofetal antigen PRAME), mineral exchange of bone tissue for definition of disease prognosis some form of CLPD were obtained. Different therapy was conduct according to risk group, wich was formed on the base of received date and was given with using of new chemotherapy and transplantation of hemopoietic stem cells that gave a possibility to improve the effectiveness of treatment patients with CLL and non-Hodgkine lymphoma to 80%, and multiple myeloma to 90%.
