Ryazanov D. Diagnostic and surgical treatment pancreatitis at stages of progressing of its complications

The thesis presents the results of the diagnostics and surgical treatment of the complications pancreatitis. The newly developed phased operations with the use of endovideolaparoscopic technologies and interventional sonography provide preservation of anatomic integrity and function of pancreas. The working clinical classification of pancreatitis in acute state and the surgical classification of complications in chronic pancreatitis are developed. The standard protocol and the algorythm of diagnostics and surgical treatment in acute and chronic pancreatitis are created. The offered tactics and the means of diagnostics and treatment of the pancreatitis coplications are proved to be more advantageous in comparison with traditional ones. This becomes evident due to the decrease of lethality, postoperative complications reoperations on both periods, relapses - in chronical period of pancreatitis, as well as in increasing of the quality of life and preservation of the function of pancreas.
