By the concentration dependences of Knight shift and the NMR lines width the critical points of a band spectrum for PbTe and SnTe are found which are caused with the change of a Fermi surface topology. The transformation in system of impurities and own dot defects is investigated in the plastically deformed samples PbTe:Mn and PbTe:Gd. The high mobility of the Li impurity ions is discovered in PbTe, SnTe, GaSe. It is ascertained that three-dimensional ferromagnetic ordering and two-dimensional one are realized in the InSe:Mn doped crystals.
