Kibenko O. Current state and future trends of legal regulation of corporate relationships: a comparative legal analysis of the law of EU, the Great Britain and Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to research of a current state and future trends of regulation of corporate relationships in the law of EU, the Great Britain and Ukraine. It is proved, that process of fundamental reforming of the corporate law is carried out today in European countries. Necessity of fundamental reform of the corporate law of Ukraine is argued and its concept (focused on the European standards) is offered. The existing legal mechanism of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of EU has been explored and the methodology of adaptation with reference to the corporate law has been developed. A comparative legal analysis of the law of EU, the Great Britain and Ukraine on separate law institutes (company formation, disclosure of information, capital, company governance, mergers and divisions, takeovers, groups of companies) has been carried out. Suggestions on perfection of company legislation of Ukraine have been developed.
