Research subjects: 117 healthy subjects; 40 patients with erysipelas; 37 patients with extensive form of psoriasis, 40 cavies, 33 rabbits; 16 corpses of people.Research objectives: to disclose mechanisms of therapeutic action of intensive of intensive insolation in psoriasis, associated with the its strengthening of immune surveillance.Methods and equipment: immunological, immunochemical, pathophysiological, biochemical, microbiological, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: It is shown that identity of autoantigens in the external membranous structures of the epidermis appears to be a factor of increase of therapeutic efficiency of insolation in psoriasis in connection with increase of efficiency of immune surveillance, since it conditions strengthening of desquamation and elimination of antigens, associated with psoriasis.Novelty of introduced: appropriateness of intensity increase of isolation in psoriasis before the burn and desquamation is indicated, in connection with this original methods of the control of the efficiency of phototherapy of psoriasis - method of determination of the tissue antigens (patent № 68162 А Ukraine) as well as of revealing risk groups with insufficiency of immune surveillance - method of determination of immunoglobulins.
