Vojnalovych V. Party-State Politics toward Religion and Religious Institutions in Ukraine within 1940-1960-s: the Politological Dyscurs.

The dissertation-monograph represents the results of broad research of Party and State politic toward religion, religious institutions and faithful within 1940-60-th. Author substantiates theoretical and methodological grounds of study of the nature, dimensions and correlation of this politic with general political strategy of Soviet leaders. Dissertation clarifies contents of Soviet Church politic in Ukraine, its peculiarities and patterns toward the main characters of religious landscape as well as brings to light reasons and driving forces of politics' crucial transformation in the course of the two decades. Author ascertains the essence of Soviet religious politics' impact over the religious-institutional development, Church-State relation and interchurch conflicts in independent Ukraine.
