Shulskyi N. Organizational-economic bases of functioning of the small businesses in agriculture

The forming and development processes for small economic formations in agriculture. Substantiation of scientifically-methodological basics of essence and functioning forms for small economic formations in agriculture, influence of internal and external environment factors on their activity, mechanisms and levers of market and state control, and also development of practical recommendations concerning their improvement for guaranteeing the effectiveness and constant transaction of economic activity as in conditions of concrete region, as in state. Methods: asocial supervisions, monographic, calculation-constructive, economic-mathematical modelling. It was researched theoretical, methodical and applied problems, of organizationally-economic functioning bases of small management forms in agriculture, defined their gist and contents. It was generalized the experience of small economic forming functioning as most widespread transaction forms of agrarian production in Karpatian region of Ukraine. It was analysed an existing system of co-operative link for small management forms with different economic formings during production and sale of products. It was elucidated and generalized former co-operation development experience and possibility of its using in contemporary conditions of agriculture transaction. It was offered the arrangements complex concerning rising the effectiveness of realization the agrarian transformations in Ukraine and the authority organs and administrative structures of different hierarchical management levels role in these processes.
