The thesis is dedicated to the revealing of role of intensive and regular physical exercises in occurrence of immune and metabolic homeostasis alterations in teenagers who go in for Greek-Rome wrestling. Immune and metabolic changes at wrestlers is influenced with the periods of training macrocycle, qualification of the sportsman and the seasonal factor. Immunodeficient condition is more significant at the sportsmen having in the pheno-type HLA system markers A2, В5, В12, Вw35 and is less expressed at presence HLA-В7 and В8; their influence on separate parameters of immunity is shown. The subpopulative structure of T-lymphocytes, natural killers and their activity are studied, as well as the secretion of interleukins-1b and -6, the tumour necrosis factor by monocytes and neutrophils at wrestlers during the different periods of training mac-rocycle, seasonal prevalence, and also depending on qualification of sportsmen. For the first time dynamics of changes of circulating immune complexes fractional structure, prostaglandins and leukotriens, blood serum cyclic nucleotides, and also an energetic potential of red blood cells is investigated. The complex of immune and metabolic rehabilitation of the wrestlers, including physiotherapeutic influence by low intensity electrodynamics currents, the use per os antiviral drug and inductor of production of endogenous interferon is offered, tea with medicinal herbs, vitamin preparations, oxygen cocktails. Its positive influence on immune, metabolic status, and also on level of wrestlers morbidity is established. The main results of the carried researches are used into training and educational process of high schools.
