This dissertation dedicated clinico-theoretic ground and new solution for scien-tific direction of most important problem of gynecological endocrinology by the means of creating of pathogeneticaly grounded integral system approach for preserva-tion of women's life quality, decreasing of frequency and level of heaviness of cli-macteric syndrome in natural and surgical menopause among patients with reproduc-tive disturbances in anamnesis; developing of diagnostic algorithms, principles of dif-ferential treatment, prophylactic of tromboembolic complications (TEC) on the basis of results of studies system changes (neuroendocryne relations, pathophysiological role of nitrogen monoxide, antiphospholipid syndrome).Complex clinical, functional and laboratory researches of women with natural and surgical menopause, proved the arising pathology is, instead of commonness of clinical symptoms, a manifestation of different, in the pathogenesis, gynecological disorder, which lead not only to reproductive disturbances in anamnesis, but to surgi-cal operations, which complicate course of perimenopause period.Algorithms and mathematical model for prognosis of TEC were created; their risk factors were formulated.
