Naumov A. Development and Efficiency of Аgrarian-textile Production in Ukraine: Theory, Methodology, Strategy

The object of a research is the process of economic development of the system of production and processing of textile raw material in Ukraine. The purpose of a research is the development of theoretical, methodological and application bases of creation and introduction of the effective strategy of development of a raw material base of a textile industry of Ukraine and substantiation of mechanisms of inducing of progressive development of the industrial system of a textile industry and it's raw material base. The methods of study are dialectical, abstracting, observating, comparing, system analysis and syntheses, the historian-logical, inductive, deductive, mathematical methods, modeling. The main positions of scientific newness - the strategy of efficient development of production and processing textile raw material on base of integration of textile industry and its raw material base in the organizing structure of a new type, strategic agrarian-textile alliance, is designed. Organizing-economic mechanism of realization of strategy of development agrarian-textile production is offered, which takes into account the strategies of industrial, investment-innovation, financial activity, management of the costs and quality of production. Degree of introduction - is outcomes of the research are used in practical activity of Head Administration of economy of the Kherson regional state administration, are accepted to introduction by AllUkrainian association of sheeps goat-breeding, by the enterprise joint-stock company "the Kherson cotton plant", are used in educational process of the Kherson national technical university.
